Step 11, in the newest version of Fusion 360 (December 2018), the locations of the two icons have been switched. The instructions are still correct, but the the selected icon is switched to the left one.

Section on Fusion 360 Color Coded Sketch Preview. In the newest version, this option is no longer needed. The color code option is always active now.
